8th Foundation Day of Shyam Global Technology celebrated with enthusiasm
It is during times of crisis that a person’s true capability is tested. Converting challenges into opportunities is the real key to success, said Narendra Goyal, Director of Shyam Global Technology, a leading company in the generator manufacturing sector in the country.
He was speaking at a program on the occasion of the company’s eighth foundation day. On this occasion, Amit Desai, General Manager (Product Management) of Mahindra Company, Senior General Manager Ankur Srivastava, Mahesh Sarvankar, Operations Head of Shyam Global Gulshan Khajuria, Ruchi Goyal, and several other dignitaries were present. Leading Mahindra genset distributors from across the state, along with company employees and officers and their families, also attended the event.
During the company’s eight-year journey, it has experienced many ups and downs. Today, Shyam Global is counted among the top five generator manufacturing companies in the country and is expanding into other sectors alongside generator manufacturing. Keeping in mind the parking problems in cities like Pune, the company is working on developing a 17-storey automated parking system based on advanced technology. Additionally, robots are being manufactured for a U.S.-based company, PA Robotics, and exported, Goyal informed.
Starting with just seven employees, the company has achieved remarkable growth over eight years and now employs more than 300 people. He expressed pride in this achievement and stated that the company has set a target of tripling its business in the next three to five years.
Company Director Ruchi Goyal said that employees are the backbone of the organization, and special emphasis is placed on maintaining a balance between professional and personal relationships. All employees are an integral part of the Shyam Global family, and the company could not have achieved such success without their contribution.
